Silinder Bhogal, the star of “Pardesi Group” a band from England, of “Pump up the Bhangra” fame, being honored by PCS board directors at “PCS Night 2002” held on Nov. 2, 2002 at Odeum Expo and Sports Center in Villa Park, Illinois.
